Finished installation from Turf Miami’s project gallery.
The finished space
A green surround with defined pool edges.
This finished installation surrounds a rectangular pool with artificial turf. A light-colored border separates the pool from the green surface, while vegetation frames the outside of the space. The photograph shows the turf fitted around the pool outline and its stepped entry area.
Turf around the pool
The completed green surface extends along the pool sides and around the entry area, following the shape of the pool surround.
A defined border
The light-colored pool edge remains distinct from the turf, creating a visible transition between the two surfaces.
A planted perimeter
The turf meets the vegetation around the pool area, connecting the finished surround with the planted setting.
Planning a similar space
Start with your site’s conditions.
For your own project, the site visit defines the product, preparation and finishing details. The points below are planning guidance for a similar space.
For a similar pool surround, identify the areas to cover and the routes used to enter, clean and maintain the pool. Include the deck edges and finished levels in the site review.
Share existing drains, gates and any water that collects after rain or splash-out. The proposed layout should keep drainage access, gate operation and required pool access clear.
Discuss sun exposure, pool-water exposure and your cleaning routine before selecting materials. The written proposal should define the preparation and edge finishes for your site.
